During this boat trip you will have two freediving sessions, with a surface interval of at least one hour.
Cable/Training but also exploration of our natural sites, several options are available.
This is the opportunity to explore new sites around the islands of Lérins or Nice and to spend a pleasant day at sea.
A supplement of 10 euros is added to the price of the day trip.

Open to all levels, you can enjoy this exceptional setting by combining relaxation with performance.
We will tackle different freediving disciplines: Free Immersion, Constant/Variable Weight, Weighted sled, but we will also explore our natural sites. We will also have sessions dedicated to breathing, compensation, specific stretching…

Multi-day Freediving training for Groups and Clubs
Within our dive center at Marina Baie des Anges or from the Lérins Islands, we are able to welcome you and the members of your Club for Discovery or Expert multi-day training.
Our accommodation partners will offer you good quality service for convenient prices (from 20 euros/night) and close to the dive center.
Depending on the number of participants and the length of your stay, we will tailor the price for you.
